Shipping policy

Salt Shield currently ships within the United States only.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day, Monday through Saturday - noon and excluding holidays.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery is typically 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on destination and USPS service conditions. If you wish to use different shipping method other than USPS Priority Mail, we are happy to accommodate your request. 

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of Salt Shield’s control may affect delivery time.

Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Salt Shield is not responsible for delays or packages that cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at Hello@Salt-Shield.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
